Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days .
Occasionally, there may be some delays, but these will not last longer than 1 week.
Europe: approx. 3–7 working days.
International: approx. 7–14 working days.
What should I do if my package doesn't arrive?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days , provided the items are in their original packaging and condition .
You are responsible for the return shipping costs .
Personalized items, earrings, ear cuffs, piercings and other hygiene items are excluded – for hygienic reasons these cannot be returned .

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will check the items for damage and defects. If everything is in order, we will refund you as quickly as possible.
Please note that refunds may take a few days depending on your bank account. Public holidays may also delay the process.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for the process to be completed from the moment you returned the package to us.
